Our Story
Founded in Tropical Far-North Queensland (the hub of Aussie travel), Stay Club began as a way for local tourism businesses to attract more direct bookings & avoid commissions usually taken by booking platforms or travel agents - passing the savings on to customers.
Bronson Gledhill founded the company after starting out as a small business owner on the Northern Beaches of Cairns operating holiday rentals. He soon discovered that platforms like Airbnb, booking.com & Expedia were taking 15-30% of his income, meaning it was becoming increasingly difficult to offer discounts to guests.
Forming alliances with other local tourism businesses, Bronson created a product that allowed new & existing customers to access discounts on all aspects of their holiday - eventually giving birth to what we know as Stay Club today.
